Whistleblowing
At Ten Textiles, we are passionate about our company and committed to doing business the right way. This means with integrity, transparency and full compliance with laws and regulations. We follow a strict Code of Conduct which ensures that our long-term success depends on sustainable, ethical and fair business practices.
When actions are misaligned with our principles and guidelines, it should be raised up to enable us to prevent or correct matters as soon as possible. To support this, we have a whistleblowing service in line with the EU Whistleblowing Directive. The service allows employees, suppliers and other stakeholders in our value chain to anonymously report suspected or actual breaches of our Code of Conduct.
We strive for everyone to be able to report any wrongdoings and each report is thoroughly reviewed. Please use the tool if you have experience with or suspicion of:
- Fraud or corruption
- Serious discrimination or harassment
- Workplace safety issues
- Environmental crimes
- Information security breaches
The tool is provided by an external partner to secure anonymity. All messages communicated through the tool are processed in confidence. We guarantee that we do not try to identify anonymous whistleblowers. Please note that the whistleblower function should not be used as a communication channel for other matters.
